Terms and Conditions:

1. All payment are quoted in US Dollar, unless otherwise stated. 2. Yearly Renewal applies with the same amount in the quotations based on quoted standard pricing (not discounted pricing where if any discount given to customer), unless otherwise stated.

3. This delivery date is scheduled for 14 working days and is wholly dependent upon Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd receiving the information and materials needed to start developing the site (All delivery dates depend on the timeliness of the delivery of materials and information by the Customer. In the event materials are not timely delivered by the Customer, then the following delivery dates are automatically extended by the number of days in which the Customer information or materials are late. In the event the Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd becomes unable to deliver the site on the completion date because of events outside the control of the Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd, or If the Customer, after the execution of this agreement, orders options or creates the necessity for overages, then the Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd shall give reasonable assurance of the new completion date and shall fix such date on a reasonable basis.

4. Please make a cheque payable to Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd. All payments are non-refundable.

5. The project commencement date start upon the company received the payment.

6. Upon confirmation, full payment of Web Development investment needed to be payable the award of project.

7. Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd will develop the web portal based on the template chosen by customer.

8. Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd have the final right of how the design and development of the portal to be developed.

9. Client will have the rights to access EzyPortal.com’s backoffice system to manage the content and product information by themselves to the website.

10. Designed and managed by Ezyportal.com is compulsorily to add on the home page at 10-font size, your company will be put as one of our customer in the company client profile online.

11. The above said solution and design is based on Microsoft and Google standard.

12. For email hosting Customer, all emails are stored and service provided by Gmail. Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd is not liable for any damages or lost of email which is not stored in our own server.

13. Upon completion of website, no further changes of web site structure, content and navigation may be allowed. If the client deems such changes as necessary, client will be charged at US$100.00/ man hour.

14. All source information (copy/text, image) will be from the client, and are to be sent electronically to Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd for the sole purpose of creating the web site, as such, Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd will be not responsible if a 3rd party claims for infringement of copyright or reserved materials.

15. All finalized and completed softcopy files, namely htm, html, gif, jpeg, and swf files will be only used in the client website upon receipt of full payment by Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd otherwise it will remain as property of Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd. Client is not allowed to resale the solution or design to third party. The solutions developed remained as property of Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd and Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd have a right to resale the said solution to third party without further consent from the client.

16. Each party allowed to terminate this contract by giving one week notice, the website & programming script will remain as property of Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd and customer are required to pay the full amount of total outstanding in the contract as well as the additional job requested after the contract.

17. If the customer do not feedback to our company within one month, this contract is consider completed without any further notice. The website will remain as property of Ezyportal.com Pte Ltd and customer are required to pay the full amount of total outstanding in the contract as well as the additional job requested after the contract.

18. The above fees do not include transportation, fax, telephone and miscellaneous expenses, any fees exceeding the estimated hour will be charged at US$100/hour.

19. The above said terms and conditions are subject to change.
